HELP IN UKRAINEDONATE

In connection with the ongoing war in Ukraine, we are acting in several regions of the country. Currently, we provide assistance to more than 550 thousand people! Among our different activities are the following:

  • Financial support,
  • Psychological assistance,
  • Renovations of water and sanitation infrastructure,
  • Food distributions,
  • Renovations and installation of modular houses.

Our country office in Poland helps refugees from Ukraine by providing financial support, psychological assistance and also through cooperation and support for local organizations.

In 2021, 235 million people will need humanitarian assistance and protection (according to the Global Humanitarian Overview by OCHA). Washing your hands with soap and water is one of the simplest applications involving the spread of diseases and infections! 💦🧼 In Somalia, our hygiene promoters educate people about proper hand washing techniques and increase awareness of how to protect yourself from Covid-19. In Somalia, 2.6 million people became internally displaced due to armed conflicts and climate changes. They seek shelter in camps like this one. Here our organization maintains adequate sanitation and access to safe water. It's essential to provide safe living conditions in such a difficult situation. Project in cooperation with German Federal Foreign Office and Arche NOVA.

These are places where women can feel safe, where they can freely spend time together. In these spaces, women can also get support from our assistants and report cases of gender-based violence. Project in cooperation with SSHF OCHA.
